外国人雇用主への外国人労働許可の付与について
雇用カードおよび外国人労働許可証に関する労働法および省令第195号（2014 年 8 月 20 日付）に基づき、労働職業訓練省は企業の所有者または取締役に次のように指示します。
1. 特許証明書に名前が明記されている外国人雇用主は、外国労働許可証を取得しなければなりません。外国人労働許可は以下の書類を添付して www.fwcms.mlvt.gov.kh を通じて申請します。
a. 有効なパスポート
b. 最新のパテント証明書
c. 健康診断証明書
d. 写真（4×6 cm）
2. パテント納税証明書に記載されている従業員または自営業の外国人は、雇用カードと外国人労働許可証を取得しなければなりません。
3. 覚書および定款または内部規定に名前が記載されている株主および取締役会のメンバーで、カンボジア王国の居住ビザを持たない外国人は、外国労働許可証を取得する必要はありません。
労働職業訓練省は、企業の所有者または取締役がこの指示を適切かつ効果的に実施することを望みます。
