Receptionist 

Job Description:

  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and inquiries
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Pick up and deliver company mails
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conference and conference telephone calls
  • Make appointment for partners
  • Prepare monthly taxi bills, courier, telephone and office car log sheet
  • Assist in preparation of sending documents
  • Assist in binding reports and others office works
  • Assist in booking hotel, air ticket, taxi, bus and other booking requested by staff
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Do other tasks that are assigned by Finance and Admin 
     

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree or lower; preferably major in English or any others related major
  • 1 year of relevant experience in related position
  • Good command of English, both writing and oral
  • Good in the use of computers and related applications
  • Good at interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active in seeking knowledge, new tasks and responsibilities
  • Good organizational skills and good team spirit
